Hello everyone! Today is the release of the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember collaboration with Memory Box. This cute stamp set is available now at Simon Says Stamp. It is a limited release and when it’s gone it’s gone.
For the Santa card, I started by ink blending green inks on a white cardstock panel and 3D embossing it using the Frosted Trees embossing folder. Make sure the inked side of the cardstock is face down in the folder so the trees are debossed.
Next rub across the paper with a black dye based ink pad. This will leave the trees green on the background.
I die cut a circle from white cardstock for the moon and lightly inked the edges with Mustard Seed Distress ink. I glued this above the trees.
I hand cut a hill from white cardstock, inked the edges with Lost Shadow Distress ink and glued it to the bottom of the card front.
The Santa was stamped with black ink onto white cardstock, colored with pencils and fussy cut. Foam tape was used to adhere it to the card.
Next I spattered the card with white ink and glued it to a white card base. To finish the card, I glued a Foil Greeting Strip to the card and added a pom pom to Santa’s hat.

That’s it for the Santa card. I will do a blog post for the snowman card at a later date!
Enjoy your day!
