Rainy Day Mouse Card
by Donna Sledzik

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I have a cute mouse card for you. All the mouse dies are so much fun to create cards with.

All the die cutting is done from white cardstock and dye inks were used to add color to them.

I trimmed the Raindrop Plate die cut panel to 4″ x 2 3/4″, ink blended with Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink and adhered it to a white card base.

Next I colored the mouse die cut pieces, assembled him, and used foam tape to adhere him to the card. I did the same with the Daisy Umbrella die cuts and glued it to the card.

Here are the color distress ink I used:

Mouse Body: Gathered Twigs, Raincoat: Mustard Seed, Inside of ears and cheeks: Spun Sugar. I used black gems for the mouse eyes.

Daisy: Carved Pumpkin, Daisy Flower Center and Umbrella Handle: Gathered Twigs

I stamped the word Hello with black ink on white cardstock and die cut it with the coordinating die. Foam tape was used to glue it to the card.

Sending Smiles sentiment was stamped with embossing ink and white heat embossed. I used foam tape to adhere it to the card.

That’s it for today! Thanks for stopping by!
