The new Wishful Snowman is joined by a little snowbuddy here today. They’re both cut with the same dies from our Christmas Charm 2026 holiday collection – just without the bottom circle for the little one. It began accidentally when I (temporarily) misplaced the bottom circle die.
Cut the largest Nested Globe from watercolor paper. Attach it to a white A6 card (4.5″ x 6.25″). Cut the 2 largest Gathered Evergreens from a dark green 6×6 in the Greenery Solid Core Cardstock Pack.
Cut Wishful Snowman from watercolor paper. Cut just the top double-circle section again. Cut 2 of the face under-layer from an orange 6×6 in the Sunrise Solid Core Cardstock Pack. Color the eye areas with a black marker. Cut the twiggy arms from brown cardstock.
Cut the scarf from a turquoise Lagoon Solid Core Cardstock 6×6. Cut the red scarf from Cherry Red cardstock. I trimmed the fringed sections.
Attach adhesive label paper (or a sticker sheet) to turquoise and red felt and cut the band and pompom sections. The paper backing stabilizes the felt and prevents adhesives from saturating it. Assemble the snow people – trim the pompoms and attach them up front for a pouf-ier look.
Cut the star from a Majestic Hues Glitter Pad gold 6×6.
Trim the small end section from both evergreen diecuts and overlap them. Attach the evergreens to the globe background. Add the snowpeople – use foam tape for the small one. Attach the gold star.
Add an instant greeting from the Merry Christmas Foil Greetings White Circle Tabs – use foam tape on the bottom edge. The heavyweight, deeply-gold-embossed greeting circles and tabs are great timesavers! Cut an A6-sized rectangle of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
