Hi everyone. The new Holiday Harmony release is here!!! I have a Christmas slimline card featuring the Sarabell, Ollie, and Wyatt birds.
To make the card base trim white card stock to 7” x 8”. Score at 3.5”. For the background trim Powder Blue paper to 3.25” x 7.75”. Splatter the blue background with thinned out white paint. After dry adhere to the card.
Die cut the 3 bird bodies and hat tim from white card. Die cut the hats and scarves from light cards stock from Greenery, Blush, and Sunrise paper packs. Ink blend the birds with Distress ink in Antique Linen and Vintage Photo. For the beaks use a yellow orange marker and the eyes black and white gel pen. The hats and scarves use Tumbled Glass for the trim. For pink use Worn Lipstick, green Bundled Sage, and yellow Wild Honey. Adhere the die cuts using the envelope as a guide.
Die cut brown card stock using the 2 medium sized dies from Gathered Tree Trunks. Add some Distress Grit Paste Opaque to the tops of the branches. Let dry. Adhere the branches to the background panel trimming off the excess. Adhere the birds on each branch. Add aMerry Christmas Foils Greeting White Circle tab to the lower left of the card.
