Clean and Simple with Stencils

I am on the home stretch for my B.S. in nursing. Graduation hopefully will be in May. Meanwhile they saved the hardest class for last. World Civ! It is really interesting but lots of work.

In fact, my fellow design team member Pam reminded me I was to post today! I thought it was tomorrow. In times like this you just don't have time to make a complicated card.

I pulled out MB's new stencil- texture rhapsody . I grabbed my neon ink colors and just sponged the color through the stencil. Added the sentiment panel and I was done. Easy-peasy! Stenciling at its most basic!

Well, let me get back to my essay on the Global North and South! I will have some more interesting uses of MB's new stencils in the next few weeks. Stay tune.

  1. Sue, good luck and congrats on getting your BSN! I’m also a BSN RN and I know what you’re going through! I love this card though – sometimes simplicity is even more neat and classy than a bunch of stuff. Nice job!

  2. I really like your card a lot – it seems like I am gravitating more and more to the CAS style and this is so cheerful with the lively colors. Good luck with your World Civ class and you are on the home stretch to get your BSN!!
