Hello everyone!
Today I have a card for you which features the new Grand Voyage Balloon die. This works perfectly with Breezy Clouds Detail Plate. It's fun to mix the old and the new.
To create this card begin by die cutting the Grand Voyage Balloon, Quilted Balloon Stripes, Curled Ribbons and Breezy Clouds Detail Plate from watercolor paper. Paint the cloud background, balloon, and balloon stripes with watercolors. Stencil over the balloon using Fired Brick distress ink and the Dot Grid stencil. The bunny is stamped, colored, cut out and glued behind the balloon basket. The sentiment came from a Poppystamps set called Into the Woods, which was stamped on watercolor paper and cut into a banner. Glue the banner to a toothpick which was stained with Vintage Photo Distress ink.
To finish the card adhere the balloon to the cloud background using foam adhesive. Embellish with clear glass dots.
