Garden Gate

Hello….. Penny here. I am so in love with this Cottage Garden Gate! Great for a Fall themed card, Halloween card, Winter card. Apologies for my funny looking tree. You know somewhere in my stash of goodies there must be a tree die cut, but I couldn’t find one so I used a Botanical Stem. It works in a pinch.

 

And here we go:

 

Start with a White cardstock base measuring 4.25 x 5.50 inches when folded. Add a layer of Brown cardstock.

 

 

Die cut Cottage Garden Gate and Hello Jotted Script from Kraft cardstock. Die cut Botanical Stem (or a tree if you have one  🙂  ) from Brown cardstock.

 

 

Snip the leaves from the Botanical Stem. Using your favorite wet glue, adhere Flower Soft in several colors to the branches. Let dry.

 

 

Adhere Garden Gate and tree to card front. Add some color beneath the gate with markers and more bits of Flower Soft.

 

 

Adhere Flower Soft to Hello Jotted Script. Let dry, then adhere to card front with foam adhesive.

 

Lots of fun texture on this one.
