Create a familiar seasonal scene with the new Woodgrain Tree Trunk and a colorful pile of Fanciful Fall Leaves from Poppystamps. It can celebrate Thanksgiving, friendship or a birthday, send encouraging thoughts – or just say Hello. Hi, Jean Okimoto here with a simple slimline idea featuring some of our favorite new designs.
Using watercolored paper from my stash – spritzed with Imagine’s Gold Sheer Shimmer Spritz. Let it dry, then cut two sets with the new Poppystamps Fanciful Fall Leaves. Save the extra leaves for another project.
Cut Woodgrain Tree Trunk from a medium-brown 6×6 in the Earth Neutral Collection.
Cut natural cardstock with the 2-⅛” x 7-⅛” Wrapped Stitched Slim Rectangles die.
Attach the diecuts to a Cream Woodgrain Paper slimline card (3-½” x 8-⅜”).
Stamp the greeting – from the new Sweet Christmas Clear Stamp Set – on natural cardstock with Lightning Black Brilliance. Attach the greeting with foamdots.
Add 3 copper/gold Autumn Fairy Crystals. Cut a slimline-sized layer of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
