Combine Anemone Bloom and stems and leaves from the Anemone Bud Duo for a spring birthday greeting. A Foil Greetings Tab and gemstones add sparkle and finish the design. Hi, Jean here with a simple slimline and inspiration for April’s Birthday Greetings Challenge.
Cut Anemone Blooms from a medium-blue 6×6 in the Ocean Blue Collection. Color the stamens with a black marker and assemble the blossoms.
Cut the stems, leaves and stamens of the Anemone Bud Duo set from a dark green 6×6 in the new Greenery Solid-Core Collection.
Cut the blue/lavender Anemone Plaid with the 6-⅛” x 1-½” Slim Basic Rectangle Layers die. Cut a pale blue Ocean Blue Collection 6×6 with the 5-⅞” x ⅞” Slim Basic Rectangle Layers die.
Attach the diecuts to a white slimline card (3-½” x 8-⅜”). Trim the short ends and attach a Happy Birthday Foil Greetings Black Tab with foam tape. Add the green/gold Treasure Chest Fairy Gemstone. Cut a slimline-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
Mix and match Memory Box’s dimensional layered blossoms and detailed leaves to create unique floral greetings for every occasion. Add, subtract or rearrange the petals for a different look – or transform the designs from buds to blooms – it’s your creative garden!
