Create a bud-and-bloom thank you with the new Gentle Peony Bloom and Peony Bud Duo from our 2025 Peony Collection. A simple Thank You Foil Greetings White Tab completes the design. Hi, Jean here with one of my favorite color combos – mixed pinks, gray and gold on a crisp white card.
Cut Gentle Peony Bloom and the smaller bud from the Peony Bud Duo set from the shimmery pink Delicate Pastels Mirror Pad 6×6. Cut the stamens from a yellow Graceful Garden Glitter Pad 6×6.
Cut the leaves, stems and sepals from dark gray cardstock.
Cut the leafy pink and gold Glimmering Gladiola 6×6 with the 7/8″ wide Slim Basic Rectangle Layers die. Cut dark pink cardstock with a 3-3/4″ portion of the 1-3/8″ wide Slim Basic Rectangle Layers die to create a solid contrasting layer.
Assemble the blossom and bud. Attach the diecuts to a white A6 card (4-1/2″ x 6-1/4″) – use foam dots behind the tops of the center petals of blossom.
Attach a Thank You Foil Greetings White Tab and gold Autumn Fairy Jewels. Cut an A6-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
