by Sara Cook

Hi everyone.  I have a any occasion card featuring the Town Mouse popping out of the Elegant Peony Blossom to say hello.

Background:

Trim a dark pink paper from the Blush pad to 4″ x 5 1/4″. Trim a matching paper from the Glimmering Gladiola pad to 3 3/4″ x 5″.  Adhere together.

Focal image:

Die cut the Town Mouse from white card stock and ink blend with Distress Antique Linen and Vintage photo.  For the nose and ears use Saltwater Taffy and a black gel pen for the eyes.  Die cut the Elegant Peony Blossom from 4 shads of pink (including the background panel pink) from the Blush pad.  Shape the petals with your fingers or the barrel of a pen.  Adhere together using the envelope as a guide. Adhere the mouse in the center of the flower.

Adhere the background panel to a top folding A2 size card the long way.  Adhere the mouse in the flower on the lower left side.  Die cut the bottom of Cheery Hello from white and the top from one of the pink papers used in the flower.  adhere together and on the front of the card.  Die cut the Ethereal Butterflies from the lightest yellow paper from the Sunrise pad.  Adhere the smaller ones round the card.
