Welcome to Day 3 of our Joyful Season celebration of festive new holiday dies and foiled greeting tabs! Hi, Jean here – there are so many great designs I didn’t know where to begin. We’re welcoming Memory Box penguins back into our collection – meet Cheerful Penguin, warm and cozy in a plush red scarf.
This photo may seem odd and unrelated here – it’s precut for a future card. Cut a white Delicate Pastel Glitter Pad 6×6 with the largest Nested Globes die. Diecut 3 of the Tall Evergreen Trees from the globe – cut each tree separately to prevent shifting as they roll thru the machine.
The Delicate Pastel Glitter Pad contains 24 beautiful, frosty 6×6’s – 2 each of 12 colors. They complement holiday designs in traditional greens and reds, rich jewel tones or frosty winter pastels. The soft white used here has iridescent sparkles like a reflection of the background, or tiny treelights.
Back to today’s card…attach the diecuts to a top-folded white A2 card – use foam tape for Cheerful Penguin. Trim the ends of a Merry Christmas Foil Greetings Black Tab and attach it. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
