Two little birds chat in the shade of a leafy branch while Momma bird relaxes nearby. The swing is borrowed from the Sebastian Mouse set. The plush felt birds are a mix-and-match trio from favorite die sets – Bird Blossoms, Sunlight Sparrow and Little Bird Bunch.

Cut two of the Wild Leaves branches from a medium-green Greenery Solid Core Cardstock Pack. Attach the smaller curved diecut to the larger leafy piece. Color the stems and branches using a cotton swab and frayed burlap Distress Oxide.

Cut the swing – from the Sebastian Mouse set – from tan and brown cardstock.
Attach adhesive label paper or a sticker sheet to light aqua wool-blend felt and cut the bird shapes from (left to right) Sunlight Sparrow, Bird Blossoms and Little Bird Bunch. The paper backing stabilizes the felt and keeps adhesives from saturating it. Cut the wings and head layers from ink-blended watercolor paper spritzed with Imagine’s Frost Sheer Shimmer Spritz.
Color the beaks with a light orange marker. Color the Sunlight Sparrow’s eye area (on the beak diecut) with a black marker. Define the eyes of the two smaller birds by punch tiny holes with a screw punch. Attach black cardstock behind the holes.
Cut an extra Bird Blossoms wing and attach it – upside-down- to the little bird.

Cut the third-largest Heritage Rectangle Frame from white cardstock. Attach the diecuts to a top-folded A2 card of Fresh Aqua cardstock. Add 1/4″ dots punched from the green Festive Glitter Pad. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
