Greetings friends. I don't know about you, but I am always in need of a birthday card. Luckily, the Spring Bunnies stamp and die set came with cupcakes, a balloon, a present, and a cake stand as well as sweet bunnies. I chose to use the line of cupcakes from the set because I knew they would be fun to color.
To make the card, I stamped and cut out the cupcakes using Black Versafine ink and 140lb watercolor paper. I colored the cupcakes with Zig Clean Color markers and softened the colors with a waterbrush. To make the card more elegant, I used a clean design and layered everything onto some Circle Ivory handmade paper from Birch Press Design. The pattern of the paper is embossed and has a pearlescent shimmer. Here is a closeup to see shine of the paper better:
For extra sparkle, I added some sequins to the card and some Stickles to the cupcakes.
