Create holiday magic with the beautiful new Chandele Snowflake and layers of the Shining Star Set. Two stars – one brushed with glitter – adhere and accent the delicate snowflake. It’s a happy day when glittering and attaching a detailed die can be accomplished in one easy step!
Hi, Jean Okimoto here with another quick-glittered design that would be great for mass-production. Chose your favorite colors – winter pastels, jewel tones or tradtionals – or make personalized cards in the recipients’ favorite holiday shades.
Cut the largest Shining Star from white cardstock.
Attach Diecut ‘n Bond tape to white cardstock and cut the second-largest Shining Star.
Scrunch some waxed paper and rub it briskly over the Chandele Snowflake die – this helps release the little bits and pieces from the die. Cut the snowflake from white cardstock. Save the offcut for another beautiful project.
Attach the snowflake to the adhesive-covered star – save the tape liner. Use the tape liner as a presscloth to secure the detailed design. Brush ultrafine iridescent glitter over the exposed adhesive. Press it again with the liner.
Cut ¾” x 3-½” and 4″ strips of Flintstone and Easter Grass cardstock. Cut textured pink cardstock with the 2-⅛” x 3-⅝” Pinpoint Rectangle Layers die.
Prep a scrap of white cardstock with the embossing powder tool. Stamp the greeting – from the new Holiday Greenery Clear Stamps Set – with VersaMark. Emboss it with detail silver powder. Trim it with the 1″ x 2″ Pinpoint Rectangles Layers die.
Attach everything to a white A-6 (4-½” x 6-¼”) card. Add pink gem stickers.
