Magnolia Blossom Leaf Branch
by Trina Pham

Hello everyone.  The current April Magnolia release is all so beautiful that I had a tough time deciding where to start!  I finally settled on using the Magnolia Blossom Trio and Magnolia Leaf Branch dies to create this CAS (clean and simple) card.

Started by die cutting the magnolia layers and leaf branch from alcohol marker friendly cardstock to do some die cut coloring with Copic Sketch markers.

Copic markers used:
whites/shading – C0, C1, C2, C3, C4
greens – YG03, YG07, YG09, G09
browns – E23, E25, E29

Used the Circle Basics die set next to die cut an opening and a frame from Bristol paper.  The background is Salvaged Patina distress ink with white gouache paint splatters.  The sentiment was die cut twice from white and once from black, then stacked and offset for a drop shadow.  Assembled the card onto a white card base and added a few clear drops to finish.

That does it for my card.  Thank you for joining me today.  Have a wonderful day.
