Dave, Memory Box's owner makes an east coast tour to teach classes every year. These are not classes to miss!! He generally teaches a colored pencil and a watercolor class. I have taken these classes twice and always learn something new.
So, Friday I started channeling Dave and pulled out my twinkling H2O's. Another item I haven't used in awhile. This was my warm up card. A clean and simple and totally Dave kinda card. I wanted this card to be about the image itself. I think the warm fall colors totally evoke the feeling of autumn. You cannot appreciate the shimmery colors in this photograph.
Just brushing paint on paper is a totally zen feeling. Pull out your brushes and paints and give it a try.
