Buds and blossoms from the Winter Days Collection are great throughout the year. Pair them with a thankful greeting for a fall card. The Sunrise 6×6 cardstock collection includes the perfect shade of orange to match the Nutmeg Plaid 6×6. Hi, Jean here with a mixed, layered trio of flowers for Thanksgiving – or any occasion.

Cut the buds and blossoms from the Small Anemone Bud Duo, Blushing Bloom and Delicate Anemone from a bright coral/orange Sunrise 6×6. Ink two of the centers with Verdant VersaFine Clair. Lightly edge the petals with Habanero VersaFine.
Cut the sepals and 2 sets of stems from a bright green sheet in the Greenery 6×6 set.
Assemble the buds and blossoms. The little bud is actually one of the center diecuts from the Blushing Bloom set.
Stamp the greeting – from the Friends and Family Clear Stamp Set – near a corner of a medium green Greenery 6×6 with Pinecone VersaFine Claior. Quickly heat-emboss it with detail clear powder. Cut the cooled cardstock with the 2-½” wide Nested Globes die.
Cut the green/orange/cream Nutmeg Plaid 6×6 with the 3-½” wide Nested Globes die.
Attach the diecuts to a top-folded light Kraft A2 card – use foamtape for the tops of the flowers and big bud. Add copper/bronze Autumn Fairy Crystals. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.

These new floral dies can be mixed, matched and layered in many ways. Cut them from Memory Box’s 6×6 color collections, the new 8-½” x 11 cardstock packs or shimmery mirror cardstock.
Thanks for visiting…have a great weekend!
