Greetings friends. Today I am sharing the sweet Gift Penguin die with you. He works well for holiday cards, but he could just as easily be used for birthdays or other gift-giving events.
To make the card, I cut out all of the pieces using white cardstock and then colored individual pieces with Copic markers. I sometimes do this so that I only have to cut the die once instead of cutting it multiple times using different colors of cardstock.
For the background, I used the Pinpoint Snowflake texture plate to add a bit more dimension and interest. Here is a close up of the card:
For a finishing detail, I added some rosy cheeks with a Copic marker.
